My Story

Who? Hi there! I'm Opeyemi, a User Experience designer residing in Lagos, Nigeria; my focus revolves around designing meaningful experiences accessible and enjoyable for all. I strongly believe that as a designer, it's my duty to genuinely prioritize the people I design for.

Growing up, whenever someone asked about my aspirations, I'd just say, "I wanna be an artist." I was always busy with creative stuff – drawing, painting, making things, you name it. Then, technology started creeping into my life, and I got super interested in the digital world that keeps changing all the time.

2022 — present

Senior Product Designer at Vatebra Ltd

Led Vatebra's website redesign for headquarters and branches in Ghana, Kenya, and Sierra Leone, boosting online presence and user experience, which increased traffic and engagement across all regions.

Played a pivotal role in the comprehensive overhaul of Easyworka, Vatebra's internal HR software. The successful implementation of Easyworka has led to significant time and cost savings while enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement.

I worked as a product designer and developed the CloudClinic app. This intuitive mobile application transforms healthcare access by enabling users to book virtual appointments, consult with doctors, and manage their health remotely.
